England European Social Fund 2011- 2013
Toward the end of 2009 and beginning of 2010, the European Social Fund (ESF) Frameworks (which show how ESF is to complement regional employment and skills priorities) were refreshed in preparation for the second half of the ESF Programme 2011 – 2013. Led by Government Office in partnership with Regional Skills and Employment Partnerships, TSEN members (along with other stakeholders) were consulted on the content of the frameworks. NOMS contracts will be delivered through a large regional or sub regional contract through a Prime Contractor. Perhaps the best way small organisations can ensure that they are well positioned to contract with a Prime Contractor in their region is by contacting the potential Prime Contractor now to discuss opportunities.
A full listing of the Potential Prime Providers can be found here.
